Order Processing

  • Orders on all in-stock items are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays).
  • Orders placed on Holidays or Weekend Days will be processed the following business day.
  • Orders with Standard Service are processed within 2 business days.

Order Status

You can access your Order Status by signing in and clicking the My Account >> Orders.

If an item(s) is out of stock, though your card will be authorized for the full purchase amount, it will only be charged for the in-stock items that will ultimately be shipped. You will be notified by email of any out of stock items so that you may reorder them at a future time.

Once your order has been completed and ships, you will receive an email containing  order details and tracking information that can be found on the USPS website.

*Please note: Tracking information may not be available for
 up to 24 business hours after the order is shipped.

Order Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order you have placed, please contact us within 1 hour of order placement at 844.8.StephB and we will do our best to accommodate your request to change or cancel your order.

*Once an order has been processed we regret that it cannot be changed or canceled.*

An order, or part of an order, may be canceled because:

  • Item(s) are not available
  • Difficulty in processing payment information
  • Cannot ship to the address provided
  • A duplicate order was placed
  • By customer request

If your order is canceled, you will receive an email notice to advise you of the cancellation. You will not be billed for any canceled items. If you have questions about a canceled order, please contact our Service Experts at 844.8.StephB.

Important information: For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

Returns/Exchange Policy

Our return/exchange policy is good for 2 weeks from the date the item(s) is delivered. Steph B Cosmetics is happy to take returns or exchanges on new and gently used items in their original packaging. All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization which can be obtained by either calling 844.8.StephB or by viewing the Orders section of your account.  Simply return to your Steph B order and click on Return Item to initiate your return.  Then, once return authorization has been provided,  mail back the product via the postal carrier of your choice, at customer’s expense.   All returns/exchanges are subject to final review for quality control measures prior to any payment being refunded to your account.  Steph B Cosmetics reserves the right to issue store credit in lieu of refund when deemed appropriate.

Once your return/exchange is approved, you can expect your account to be credited within 5 business days of approval. All refunds will be issued to same payment method used to purchase Steph B Cosmetics.
