How can I view my orders?

You can access your order status and history by signing in and browsing to My Account.

Where is my order?
After your order is placed, all in-stock items will be filled and shipped within 2 business days.

If an item(s) is out of stock, though your card will be authorized for the full purchase amount, it will only be charged for the in-stock items that will ultimately be shipped. You will be notified by email of any out of stock items so that you may reorder them at a future time.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your order details and tracking information that can be found on the USPS website.

How do I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us within 1 hour of order placement at 844.8.StephB and we will do our best to accommodate your request to change or cancel your order. Once an order has processed, we regret that it cannot be changed or canceled.

Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. Our return/exchange policy is good for 2 weeks from the date the item(s) is delivered. Steph B Cosmetics is happy to take returns or exchanges on new and gently used items in their original packaging. All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization which can be obtained via emailing Steph B Cosmetics. Please include your order number in the email. All return shipping fees/costs are to be paid by the customer.  All returns/exchanges are subject to final review for quality control measures prior to any credit to your account is processed.

Once your return/exchange is approved, you can expect your account to be credited within 5 business days of approval.

For additional assistance with returns and exchanges, please contact us with your request. All returns/exchanges require proof of purchase from stephbcosmetics.com. Steph B Cosmetics Gift Certificates cannot be returned or exchanged.

Do you ship internationally?
Stephbcosmetics.com is currently unable to accept orders shipping to destinations outside of the U.S.A. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Do you test on animals?
No. At Steph B Cosmetics, the safety of our consumers is our highest priority. We utilize the latest advances in non-animal safety testing to deliver products of the highest safety and quality to our consumers. We never test our products or ingredients on animals.

Do your products contain Paraben?
No. Steph B products are Paraben-Free.

Are your products Hypoallergenic?
Yes. Steph B products are hypoallergenic.

What if I can’t find the right color or Steph B Product for myself?
Feel free to upload a picture of yourself and our staff will promptly assist you. Go to our contact page to upload your picture, and there will be a link at the bottom of the contact form to input your photo.

Note: Up to 2MB of maximum file-size can only be uploaded and in .jpg, .jpeg, .png and .pdf file format.
